Eligibility
This hackathon is open to undergraduate students from the Kashmir Valley. Participants are expected to follow all rules, maintain discipline, and actively engage throughout the hackathon.

As per our Code of Conduct, there is no discrimination on the basis of race, religion, national origin, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, social class, economic status, veteran status, disability, or age. All participants are expected to maintain a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment throughout the hackathon.

Project and Submission Requirements

  • Your code must be available in a public GitHub repository.
  • Your repository must remain public after the event to stay eligible for prizes. If it is made private, new winners may be selected.
  • Participants must register and submit their projects through Devpost.
  • Your team details and submission must be accurate and complete.
  • All work must be done during the hackathon. Prior projects are not allowed.
  • You cannot submit the same project to multiple hackathons.
  • Teams must consist of 2 to 3 members. Solo participation is not allowed.
  • Participants must be able to clearly explain their project, its functionality, and their learning outcomes.
  • Low-effort or spam-like projects will not be considered for judging.
  • Any form of plagiarism, misrepresentation, or unfair practices may result in disqualification.
  • Participants are required to bring their own laptops. Participants are required to bring their own laptops. Internet access is not guaranteed, so participants must arrange their own connectivity (e.g., mobile hotspot).

Judging Criteria and Winner Selection

  1. Creativity: Is the idea interesting, fun, or unique? Does it stand out from common or repetitive solutions?
  2. Technology: How technically impressive is the project? Does it demonstrate strong technical execution, complexity, or innovation?
  3. Adherence to Theme: How well does the project align with the event's theme? Does it reflect the intent of the hackathon?
  4. Usability: Is the project useful and practical? Does it solve a real problem or create a meaningful experience?
  5. Learning: Did the team challenge themselves and learn something new?
  6. Completion: Does the project function as intended? Did the team achieve what they set out to build?

Remember
The competition is just a part of the hackathon. To make the most out of the event, try something new, help others, and build meaningful connections.
